Description:

External renovations including re-roofing, lead and coping repairs, masonry stitching, window repairs,
leaded windows repairs, retaining walls and underpinning. New timber frame Minister’s room, drainage
and external works. Internal works – New basement layout for “drop in centre” with kitchen, toilets,
servery. New heating and electrical installations. New lift installations. Glazed roof stairwell with oak stairs
and landing. Completion – January 2008.
