As the name implies, our speciality is for Heritage type construction work, however as you would expect our multi skilled work force is equally at home on new build, be it domestic, commercial or industrial.

The company was formed in February 2003, and it is managed and owned by six equal share directors. Each director has over 20 years experience in the construction industry, and a major strength of the company is that all of the directors adopt a hands on approach.

The The Company Headquarters is at it's four-acre purpose built site at Glan Tiefy Industrial Park, Near Lampeter.

From the outset a key decision was taken by the directors to reinvest capital into its plant and equipment. In order for this process to be successful, a suitable office space and yard was required. To date in excess of £500,000 has been invested. With a solid base to work from, the company was able to recruit the quality trade people it needed. In order to recruit and retain quality workers is is of paramount importance that employees see the benefits of inward investment in such areas as Health & Safety training, skills training, transportation, site offices and canteens.

All the directors lead from the front to ensure our clients receive the very best in terms of quality work, delivered on schedule and budget, but without the 100% back up of it's staff this would not happen. Experience has taught all the directors that the company is only as good as its staff.

The company is fully committed to onward recruitment of apprentice age workers and up skilling of older workers. Indeed some of our past clients have been surprised at our commitment.
